Welcome and thanks for visiting my web site which is designed to keep you updated of important issues and legislative happenings in the state capital.
My major responsibilities are to pass laws for the welfare of citizens in the state of Maryland, to pass certain local laws for counties and specials taxing areas, decide the manner in which state funds are to be spent, evaluate whether state programs are operated consistent with legislative intent, and propose amendments to the state constitution.
